- Case & report submissions: the details you voluntarily provide (name, email, transaction hashes, wallet addresses, descriptions) to assess your case or report.
- Scam checks: the domain you submit and basic technical metadata (IP, timestamp) for abuse prevention. We do not require personal information to use the checker.
- Contact messages: the name, email and message you send us.
How we use it
- To assess and progress your tracing case or scam report.
- To operate and improve our tools and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your enquiries.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. With your consent we may share case evidence with exchanges or law-enforcement bodies to pursue recovery.
Retention & your rights
We keep case data only as long as needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@scamfie.com.
